Who we are

Veridiqx is a research and data analysis platform built and run by its founder, Gam Geofrey Ankinimbom. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

Veridiqx helps you collect data through online surveys and file uploads, clean and inspect it, run statistical analyses, build visualizations and generate reports. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft questions, interpret results, write reports and produce code.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country, and you must give accurate information when creating an account.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Your data and your responsibility

You keep ownership of any data, datasets, surveys and content you upload or collect with Veridiqx. We do not use your data to train AI models.

You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to collect and use the data you upload, and for informing survey respondents about how their answers will be used. If you collect personal data from other people, you are responsible for complying with the privacy laws that apply to you.

Do not upload data that is illegal, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes other people's rights.

AI-generated output

Features that use AI — including question generation, interpretation, report writing, code generation and paper form scanning — produce drafts and suggestions. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or misleading.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially in academic work, business decisions or anything with real-world consequences. Veridiqx does not guarantee that AI-generated text, statistics or code are accurate.

Statistical results shown for your own data (for example a t-test or correlation) are computed directly from your data by standard methods; the AI features describe and interpret them but do not replace verification.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: break into or probe the service or other accounts; attempt to access data that is not yours; scrape, resell or overload the service; use it to send spam or surveys designed to deceive respondents; upload malware; or use the service in violation of any law that applies to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, or that put the service, other users or our infrastructure at risk.

Sharing and publishing

Survey links and report share links are accessible to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for who you share them with and for choosing expiry options where available.

If you choose to publish feedback publicly, it appears on our website only after you have consented and an administrator has approved it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, plans and limits may change over time; where a change removes a feature you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and significant changes will be highlighted here.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridiqx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
