Who we are

Veridiqx is a research and data analysis platform built and run by its founder, Gam Geofrey Ankinimbom. This policy explains what information the app stores, why, and who can see it.

Account information

When you create an account we store your email address, your name if you provide it, and a profile picture if you sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and are never stored in readable form.

Survey responses

Anyone with a survey's public link can submit a response without an account. We store the answers, the time of submission and — only if the respondent chooses to give them — a name and email address.

Responses can only be read by the analyst who owns the survey (and team members of the project it belongs to). Other respondents and the public cannot see them. The survey owner is responsible for telling respondents why they are collecting the data and how they will use it.

Your data, datasets and analyses

Files you upload, datasets, analyses, charts and reports are private to your account and to people you invite to a project. Invited members only get the access their role allows: Viewers can read, Analysts can add work, and only you and your Admins can manage members. Outlier detection and trend forecasts run in your browser. Report share links only work for people who have the link, and can be given an expiry date.

Feedback submissions

If you leave feedback we store your display name, optional role, rating, comment, and a short summary of how you used the app (for example "2 surveys, 1 dataset"), counted automatically from your own account.

Feedback appears on the public website only if you ticked the box allowing it AND an administrator has approved it. You can ask for your feedback to be removed at any time.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in a managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and file storage, provided through Lovable Cloud. Access rules in the database itself (row-level security) ensure each record can only be read by the people allowed to see it, even if someone bypasses the app.

AI processing

When you use AI features — question generation, interpretation, the assistant, report writing, code generation or paper form scanning — the relevant text, summary statistics or image is sent to an AI model to produce the result. We do not use your data to train models.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or share your information with third parties other than the services needed to run the app (database hosting and AI processing).

Deleting your data

You can delete surveys, responses, datasets, analyses and reports from inside the app at any time. To delete your whole account, contact us and we will remove it and the data linked to it.
